Yes. If you are out of contract you can change to another network and take your numbers with you. It is completely free, we simply ask you to request your PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) from your existing network. Once they have the PAC code, they do the rest. Please note, the code lasts for 30 days so please try and ensure that you provide it to us in good time.

To be able to keep your number, we will need:
A) PAC (Port Authorisation Code).
B) A porting number (existing).

There are several ways. If you have set up an on-line account with your current provider then you can obtain it from the internet. You can also call your existing network directly, it usually takes up to 48 hours to receive it. If you prefer you can call your new account manager, who will explain what you need to do.
